In the fall of 2024, Linda Philipson and Damond Williams came together with a shared vision: to revolutionize the way people access and experience healthcare. At LINMOND, our mission is simple yet profound — we are dedicated to providing personalized health and wellness solutions that address every aspect of a person's well-being, such as their mental, physical, emotional, and sexual health.

 

Linda Philipson, co-founder of LINMOND, has spent several years on a personal journey to find solutions for her long-term acute pain. Her search for relief has taken her around the world, where she has been examined by numerous private and public healthcare providers. This experience, combined with her Master of Science degree from Uppsala University, has fueled her passion to start a company that creates more access and efficient health and wellness solutions. Her deep understanding of the healthcare system’s challenges, gained through personal experience, drives LINMOND's mission to provide personalized, effective care.

 

Damond Williams, the visionary co-founder of LINMOND, brings extensive leadership experience and a strong commitment to health and wellness. As a college graduate of McNeese University with a Bachelors of Social Sciences and former professional basketball player with a 12-year career, Damond has spent the past 11 years designing and consulting companies and businesses. His valuable experience provides athletes, teams, and organizations with services including business education, sports science, and cultural training programs. His educational and professional background in both sports and business has been key to shaping LINMOND’s vision, driving its growth as a leader in personalized and comprehensive health and wellness solutions.
